摘    要:以10个大麦品种(品系)为材料,用Logistic曲线方程对其灌浆过程进行拟合.结果表明:不同棱型大麦灌浆参数不同,二棱大麦的灌浆平均速率(R),灌浆渐增期速率(R1),最大灌浆速率(Rmax),理论最大粒质量(K)和千粒质量显著大于四棱大麦.二棱大麦千粒质量与灌浆平均速率(R)和灌浆渐增期速率(R1)呈显著正相关.四棱大麦千粒质量与灌浆缓增期速率(R3)呈极显著正相关,与灌浆最大速率(Rmax)、灌浆快增期速率(R2)和灌浆最大速率出现时间(Tmax)呈显著正相关.

Abstract:This paper studied the process of grain filling of barley with different row.The process of grain filling was simulated by logistic curves regression equation.The result showed that differences of grain filling parameters between two-row and four-row barley were observed.The average rate of grain filling(R),the rate of grain filling of gradual growth period(R1),the maximum rate of grain filling(Rmax),the maximum grain weight(K) and 1000-kernel weight for two-row barley were higher than those for fou}row barley.The 1000-kernel weight of two-row barley was positively correlated with the average rate of grain filling(R) and the rate of grain filling of gradual growth period(R1) at 0.05 significant level,and the 1000-kernel weight of two-row barley was positively correlated with the rate of low growth period(R3) at 0.O1 significant level,positively correlated with Rmax,the rate of fast grow th period(R2) and the time of maximum rate of grain filling(Tmax) at 0.05 significant level.
