| Abstract: | This article summarized the research progress of the conditions in the catechin enzymatic preparation of theaflavins and aimed to offer a scientific support for the automatization of the preparation. And an outlook on the selection of polyphenoloxidase and isozyme for the prepartaion was put forward. |
