摘    要:为了评价大型低扬程水泵在设计和非设计工况下运行的稳定性,根据水泵设计理论,分析了非设计工况下影响水力稳定性的主要因素,包括进口预旋、出口环量、轴向旋涡和脱流等,进而从水泵的基本方程出发,提出了"虚拟最优工况"的概念,建立了以水泵能量特性来计算水力不稳定性即紊流损失的方程式,据此对不同比转速的叶轮进行了紊流损失计算,并与模型实测的压力脉动进行了对比,两者有较好的一致性.这一结果表明,采用能量特性评价水泵机组运行稳定性的方法是可行的.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the operational stability of large-scale low-head pumps in design and off-design conditions,based on the basic design theory of blade pumps,main factors affecting their hydraulic stabilities are analyzed,including inlet pre-swirl,outlet circulation axial-vortex and flow separation.Starting from the fundamental equations of blade pumps,a new concept of optimized operational condition was presented.According to the pump energy performances the equations of calculating turbulent losses for appraising pump hydraulic instability are formulated.Some calculations of various specific speeds are made to compare the measured pressure fluctuations with the calculated turbulent losses,and the identical results are obtained.It indicates that the methodology of pump operational stability appraisal by means of energy performances is feasible and realizable.
