| 摘 要： | 食用菌产业和旅游业是乡村经济发展的重要支柱,然而全国各省市的食用菌产业与旅游业在耦合发展过程中存在一定差异,进而在一定程度上制约了彼此的发展。为促进食用菌产业与旅游业耦合发展,加快实现乡村振兴战略,基于产业融合理论,对乡村振兴战略下食用菌产业与旅游业的耦合发展进行分析,旨在引导食用菌产业与旅游业的耦合发展。结果表明,2010年~2018年,全国各省食用菌产业与旅游业普遍处于高度耦合发展阶段,二者的耦合协调度逐渐提高,到2018年,多数省份达到勉强协调。2015年,各省食用菌产业与旅游业耦合协调度处于0.2~0.3,食用菌产业与旅游业紧密合作,推动了乡村旅游业与食用菌产业的全面发展。

| Abstract: | The edible fungi industry and tourism are important pillars for the development of rural economy.However,there are some differences in the process of edible fungi industry and tourism in the provinces and cities across the country,which restrict their development to a certain extent.Promoting the coupled development of the edible fungi industry and tourism has important practical significance for accelerating the realization of rural revitalization strategies.Therefore,based on the theory of industrial fusion,this article makes an empirical analysis of the coupling development of edible fungi industry and tourism under the strategy of rural revitalization,with the aim of guiding the coupling development of edible fungi industry and tourism.The results show that from 2010 to 2018,the edible fungi industry and tourism in various provinces across the country are generally in a highly coupled development stage,and the degree of coupling and coordination between the two industries has gradually increased.By 2018,most provinces have reached barely coordination.In 2015,the degree of coupling and coordination between the edible fungi industry and the tourism industry in each province was between 0.2 and 0.3.The close cooperation between the edible fungi industry and the tourism industry has promoted the comprehensive development of the rural tourism and edible fungi industry. |
