摘    要:以西伯利亚白刺(Nitraria sibirica Pall.)、唐古特白刺(Nitraria tangutorum Bobr)、齿叶白刺(Nitraria roborowskii Kom.)的2年生实生苗为试验材料,研究了其在NaCl胁迫45 d后的生长和渗透调节物质含量的变化。结果表明:盐胁迫明显抑制了白刺生物量的积累,唐古特白刺根冠比与盐浓度呈负相关,其它2种白刺无明显变化。盐胁迫后,3种白刺叶片中丙二醛摩尔质量浓度种间变化差异较大;唐古特白刺和西伯利亚白刺叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸质量分数增加显著,齿叶白刺仅可溶性糖质量分数变化明显;盐处理后Na+、Cl-质量分数相比对照有不同程度增加,Ca2+质量分数明显减少,K+质量分数、钾钠比种间表现各异。运用隶属函数法综合评价结果表明,3种白刺的耐盐性由大到小依次为西伯利亚白刺、唐古特白刺、齿叶白刺。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the changes in growth and osmotic adjustment substances in two-year-old seedlings of Nitraria sibirica,Nitraria tangutorum,and Nitraria roborowskii after 45 days of salt stress.The seedlings were treated with NaCl at various concentrations.Results show that biomass was apparently inhibited by salt stress.Negative correlation was found between root-shoot ratio of N.tangutorum and salt concentration,while the root-shoot ratios of the other two species changed very little with increasing salt concentration.There was a great difference in MDA content among the tree species of Nitraria after salt stress.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline of N.tangutorum and N.sibirica all significantly increased,while only the soluble sugar content of N.roborowskii changed obviously.Contents of Na+ and Cl-increased in varying degrees compared with the contrast,meanwhile Ca2+ content significantly decreased.The changes in K+ content and ratio of K+ to Na+ were different among the tree species.The comprehensive appraisal by subordinate function showed that the salt tolerance of N.sibirica was strongest,followed by N.tangutorum and N.roborowskii.
