滴灌条件下不同灌水处理对秋播紫花苜蓿根瘤数的影响

摘    要:为探讨不同灌水处理对紫花苜蓿根瘤数的影响,在滴灌条件下对秋播紫花苜蓿根与根瘤数进行了研究。结果表明:在秋播条件下,不同灌水处理对紫花苜蓿根粗、根重与干根重差异不明显,而不同灌水处理对紫花苜蓿根干鲜比有极显著影响(P0.01)。紫花苜蓿根干鲜比随着干旱时间间隔(10、20、30d)的增加呈增加的趋势,说明干旱时间间隔影响紫花苜蓿的根干鲜比。不同灌水处理对紫花苜蓿的根瘤总数、有效根瘤数与侧根根瘤数有显著性影响(P0.05),而对紫花苜蓿的主根根瘤数影响不显著。随着干旱的加重,根瘤总数、有效根瘤数与侧根根瘤数均灌水较少或者干旱时间间隔较大的情况下表现为数量优势。由此可知,秋播可以增加紫花苜蓿的根的分蘖及其延伸,以便为来年的返青做好准备,而且适当进行调亏灌溉有利于秋播苜蓿根瘤菌的形成。

Effects of Different Irrigation Treatment on Autumn Sowing Alfalfa Nodule Number Under Drip Irrigation
Abstract:To investigate the effects of different irrigation treatments on alfalfa nodule number,in under the condition of drip irrigation for autumn sowing of alfalfa root and nodule number were studied.The results showed that in autumn sowing conditions and differ-ent irrigation treatment on alfalfa root diameter,root weight and dry root weight difference is not significance,and different irrigation treatment on alfalfa root dry fresh ratio showed remarkable significant (P<0.01).Alfalfa root dry fresh ratio increased with the in-crease of irrigation interval (10,20,30 d),which showed that the irrigation interval affected the root dry ratio of alfalfa.Different irrigation treatment of alfalfa total nodule number,number of effective nodules and root nodule number has a significant effect (P<0.05),and alfalfa main root nodule number has no significant.With the aggravation of drought,total nodule number and effective root nodule number and lateral root nodule number were in less irrigation or drought intervals show greater performance for a number of advantages.Thus it may be known,autumn sowing can increase alfalfa root tillering and the extension,in order to reviving the next year ready,and properly regulated deficit irrigation is conducive to the formation of alfalfa rhizobia which sowing at autumn.
