| 摘 要： | 随着"互联网+"的发展,在教育领域一些新的教学方法和手段,如微课、慕课、翻转课堂正改变着传统的教学模式,作为在教学中起主导作用的教师,应该在了解学情的基础上巧妙吸引学生兴趣,营造开放、交流互动的课堂学习氛围,借助网络学习平台创建优质教学资源,实施以考促学的考试管理。

| Abstract: | With the development of Internet +, some new teaching methods and means such as microlecture, MOOCs, flipping classroom have been changing the traditional teaching mode in the field of education. As teachers who play the leading role in teaching, should attract the interest of students and create an open and interactive learning atmosphere in classrooms according to the learning situation. Besides, with the aid of the network learning platform, teachers should create high quality teaching resource to realize a new management where learning can be promoted by means of examinations. |
