微润灌溉系统堵塞评价及处理方法研究

摘    要:为了探究微润灌溉堵塞问题及提出合理的解决办法,通过田间试验进行了微润管堵塞和灌水均匀度的评价,以及进行了抗堵塞试验分析。结果表明:微润管出流量随着使用时间的延长递减;堵塞程度加深对使用时长增加表现为"敏感-微敏感-极度敏感"的动态变化特征;灌水均匀度系数Cu等于87.6%,能满足现行技术规范的要求;用微润管抗堵塞肥料清洗微润管,流量基本能恢复到额定流量的水平,微润灌溉抗堵塞肥料的清洗效果要好于洗涤液的清洗效果。研究可为解决微润灌溉堵塞问题及其推广应用提供理论依据。

Moistube Blockage Evaluation and Treatment Methods
Abstract:In order to explore the problem of pipe blocking in micro irrigation and put forward a reasonable solution,this paper evalu-ates the degree of pipe blockage and the uniformity of irrigation water and conducts the anti clogging test through field experiments. The results show that:the flow rate of the micro run pipe decreases with the increase of the time;While the increase of pipe service time with the degree of blockage is characterized by the dynamic change of “sensitive,easy sensitive and very sensitive”;The irriga-tion water uniformity coefficient Cu is 87.6%,which can meet the requirements of the current technical specifications;After using micro run pipe anti clogging fertilizer to wash the micro run pipe,the flow can be recovered to the level of the rated flow rate;The cleaning effect of the anti clogging fertilizer is better than that of the washing liquid.The research result can provide theoretical basis for solving the problem of the blockage of micro irrigation and its application.
