摘    要:基于GINI系数的经济学原理,采用2004-2013年天山北坡经济带各地区水资源量与GDP、人口和防护林面积的匹配关系来构建和计算水资源区域GINI系数,并分析水资源承载力演化的时空特征。在此基础上,运用灰色分析法分析区域生产活动、居民生活和生态环境对水资源承载力演化驱动的贡献度,研究表明生产、生活、生态3部门对水资源区域GINI系数在各灰类的贡献存在较大差异。研究认为,改善生态环境、调整产业结构、开展节水行动,是解决天山北坡经济带水资源短缺的出路。

The Gray Analysis of Water Sources Carrying Capacity Evolvement in Xinj iang Based on GINI Coefficient:A Case Study in Tianshan North Slope Economic Zone
Abstract:Based on economics principle of GINI coefficient,this paper uses match relations of water resources amount with GDP, population,shelterbelt area to build and calculate Regional GINI Coefficient of water resources in Tianshan North Slope Economic Zone from 2004 to 2013,and analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of water resource carrying capacity evolution.Based on the above work,the gray analysis method is used to analyze the contribution degree to the water resources carrying capacity evolution driver of production activities,residents living activities and ecosystem.The study shows that there is a big difference between the contribution degrees of each gray type.The study also suggest that improving ecological environment,adj usting industrial structure, carrying out water-saving action are the outlet to solve the shortage of water resources in Tianshan North Slope Economic Zone.
