| 摘 要： | "互联网+农业"是互联网技术与生产、加工、销售等农业产业链的有机结合,其结合的目标是推动农业科技化、标准化、智能化、信息化的实现。河南省"互联网+农业"在取得初步成绩的同时,还存在着一些亟需解决的问题。因此,本文从强化认识,积极作为、加速农村网络基础配套设施建设、实现多网融合互联互通、推进电子商务与三农融合发展、构建农村购物网络平台、强化农民的农业科技和互联网知识的培训、规范农业电商环境、加强"互联网+农业"的立法等方面探讨河南省"互联网+农业"健康发展的路径,不仅必要而且必须。

| Abstract: | Internet+agriculture is the organic combination of Internet technologies and agricultural chain focusing on the production, processing and marketing, which aims at promoting agricultural technicalization, standardization, intellectualization and informatization. Henan Province has already achieved preliminary success while there were also many urgent problems to be solved. So, it is not only essential but also necessary to discuss the healthy developing road of Internet+agriculture from many aspects, such as enforcing recognition, taking active actions, speeding new development in the rural basic network equipment, realizing amalgamation of networks, promoting the integration of e-business and three rural problems, establishing the rural online-shopping site, enhancing the farming technology and training of knowledge of Internet, standardizing the agricultural e-business, strengthening legislation in Internet+agriculture. |
