| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪以来,随着信息技术的不断发展,诸多高校的图书馆都朝着智能化的方向发展,电子期刊业务也越来越完善。为了能够更好地满足学生的学习需求,许多高校都对电子期刊业务进行全面的评价,而且图书馆管理人员还从评价内容、特点和电子期刊数据库固有特性等方面分析,进而完善其电子期刊工作。而且在互联网技术的不断进步下,OA期刊也在图书馆逐步出现并且普遍应用,互联网具有免费获取资料的作用,所以OA期刊对高校图书馆期刊工作产生的作用也越来越大。

Analysis on the Influence of OA Journals and Electronic Journals in University Libraries |

| Abstract: | Since the beginning of twenty-first century, with the continuous development of information technology, many universities in China are moving towards the direction of intelligence and their electronic journal business also become more and more perfect. In order to meet the learning needs of students better, universities have conducted comprehensive evaluation of electronic journal service and library management personnel have analyzed the evaluation content, characteristics and the inherent properties of electronic journal database to improve the electronic journal business. In the continuous progress of the Internet technology, OA journals have also been applied in the library gradually. As the Internet has free access to information, OA journals have played a growing role in journal business of university library. |
