| 摘 要： | 我国行政管理专业的人才培养模式存在培养目标定位不准,专业特色不鲜明,政治学色彩浓厚,公共行政取向突出,学生实践能力不强等问题。上海金融学院行政管理专业积极探索金融特色鲜明的应用型行政管理人才培养模式,并在课程体系、实践教学、师资队伍、教学方法和教材建设等方面采取了切实有效的措施。

| Abstract: | There are many problems in the major of administrative management in China such as the target of talent training model is not accurate,the characteristics of major is not distinctive,strong sense of political science,outstanding public administration orientation,practical ability of students is not strong and so on.Shanghai Finance University is actively exploring the talent training mode with financial and application-oriented characteristics,and has taken effective measures in curriculum,practice teaching,teachers,teaching methods,and textbooks,etc. |
