| 摘 要： | 论述了林业重点工程建设科技支撑的由来,提出了林业重点工程建设科技支撑的构想、对策及措施。笔者认为:必须深化改革,建立重点工程建设科技支撑的运行机制;依靠科技进步,为林业重点工程建设提供全面的科技支撑;建立多元化投入机制,增加重点工程建设科技支撑的投入;加强对重点工程科技支撑工作的管理与监督,建立激励机制。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the origin of science-technology support for major project construction in forestry and put forward its conception,countermeasure and concrete measures.The author believes that it is necessary to deepen reform and set up motion system of science-technology support for major project construction in forestry.It is also necessary to depend on progress in science and technology so as to provide overall science-tschnology support for major project construction in forestry.Pluralistic investment system should be formed to increase investment in science-technology support for major project construction in forestry.It is important to manage and supervise the work of science-technology support for major projecr construction in forestry strictly and to set up encouragement system. |
