| 摘 要： | 采用超声波裂解和超速离心法提取30株鸭疫里默氏菌(Ra,1型和2型各15株)的外膜蛋白(OMP),经SDSPAGE凝胶电泳分析,以上2个血清型Ra的OMP均由13个蛋白多肽组成,其分子质量大小为20-100ku,相同血清型的电泳图谱相似,不同血清型的电泳图谱差异较大.经软件分析,1型RaOMP的主要条带有5条,其分子质量分别为95.0、87.7、73.2、55.4、49.8ku,占OMP总量的60.1%;2型RaOMP的主要条带有4条,其分子质量分别为95.5、53.1、50.0、22.4ku,占OMP总量的62.6%.2个血清型菌株有10个蛋白多肽的分子质量大小相似,但含量不同,另有3个蛋白多肽的分子质量差异明显.

| Abstract: | The outer membrane protein (OMP) from 30 field strains of Riemerella antipestifer (Ra) under 1 and 2 serotypes were prepared by treatment with ultrasonic cracking and purifying under ultracentrifuging. According to the SDS-PAGE patterns, the OMPs of Ra serotype 1 and 2 were composed of 13 protein polypeptides, whose molecular weight (MW) of them were from 20 to 100 ku. The SDS-PAGE patterns of Ra of same serotype were very similar, but that of distinct serotypes were strikingly different. The analysis of the results showed the main OMP bands of Ra serotype 1 were 5, in which their MWs were 95.0, 87. 7, 73.2, 55.4, 49.8 ku, respectively, covering 60.1% of total OMPs of Ra serotype 1. The main OMP bands of Ra serotype 2 were 4, in which their MWs were 95.5, 53. 1, 50.0, 22.4 ku, respectively, covering 62.6% of total OMPs of Ra serotype 2. The MWs of ten protein polypeptides of Ra serotypes 1 and 2 were similar, but their contents were different. However, the MWs of three protein polypeptides of them were signifintly different. |
