摘    要:采用生物测定法,对地肤(Kochia scoparia)根系分泌物对胡麻(Linum usitatissimum)的化感作用进行了研究。结果表明,1)不同浓度的地肤根系分泌物对胡麻的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均有不同程度的抑制作用,且抑制率随着处理浓度的增大而增大。2)不同浓度的地肤根系分泌物对胡麻根长均表现促进作用,对苗高、根鲜质量和苗鲜质量均表现抑制作用,且无论是促进作用还是抑制作用,均随着处理浓度的升高而增大,但与对照间的差异均不显著。说明地肤根系能够释放化感物质,影响周围植物的生长,根系分泌是地肤释放化感物质的一个途径。3)地肤根系分泌物影响胡麻种子萌发主要是其抑制了胡麻种子的活力指数,对幼苗生长的影响主要是使胡麻的根变细变长。

Abstract:Allelopathic effects of different concentration root exudates of Kochia scoparia on oil flax seed germination were studied by using methods of bioassay. The results showed that: 1) different concentrations of K.scoparia root exudates had different degrees of inhibition (or promotion ) on germination energy, germination rate, germination index and vigor index of oil flax seeds, while the inhibition rate increased with the treatment concentration rising. 2) Different concentrations of K.scoparia root exudates showed to promote the root length of oil flax seedlings and inhibit the shoot height, root fresh weight and shoot fresh weight. However, whether it is promotion or inhibition, the effects trended to be increased with the increase of concentration; but there was no significant difference between the treatments and the control. All these results showed that the root system secretion was one of the way in which K.scoparia could release allelochemicals and affect plant growth around them.3) The reason of K.scoparia root exudates affecting flax seed germination was mainly due to inhibit the seed vigor index; and affecting flax seedling growth was largely due to made roots becoming thin and long.
