| 摘 要： | 在农村信息服务中，除去信息传播手段问题，更重要的是信息服务的质量。如何将有效的科技信息传到农民手中，使科技信息尽快转化为生产力，陕西省宝鸡市信息中心，创建的多元信息传播主体相结合的多种形式信息服务模式——农业科技专家大院信息服务模式，较好地满足了广大农户的信息需求，调动了农户的信息需求意识，提高了农户使用信息和利用的能力，使科技信息带动农民致富成为现实。本文就宝鸡市农业科技专家大院信息服务模式进行分析，认为该模式为我国农村信息服务解决“最后一公里”工程提供了借鉴经验。

| Abstract: | For communicating technological information to farmers effectively and promoting the application of technolo-gies through this information services in rural areas,it is nec- essary not only to make a channel to communicate information,but also to enhance the quality of information services for rural households.Our study shows that the multi-service model created by Baoji Information Center in Shanxi Province is op-timal for rural households to communicate technological infor-mation since it combines the participation of agricultural ex-perts for rural households to get information.In our opinion,the model can cater for farmers'information needs,raise their awareness to technological information and improve their abili-ties to make use of the information. |
