摘    要:在番茄开花初期,对叶片外源喷施0.5、2、5 mmol/L的水杨酸(SA)溶液后,进行低温胁迫处理,研究外源水杨酸对番茄开花初期抗寒性的影响.结果表明:外源SA能诱导番茄叶片内叶绿素含量、POD活性、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量的提高,提高了开花初期番茄对低温的耐受性,其中以2 mmol/L处理的效果最好.

Abstract:SA were applied on the tomato in early-flower stag with 0.5,2,5 mmol/L.Then the tomato were treated in chilling temperature.And the chilling tolerance were studied.The results showed that SA could increase the content of chlorophyll,activity of POD,content of soluble protein and soluble sugar.And the concentration of SA at 2 mmol/L showed the most effective result.
