蜂王浆中10-HDA的研究现状及前景展望

摘    要:王浆酸是蜂王浆的标志性物质,大约占蜂王浆的1.4%~2.0%,其结构式为OH-CH2-(CH2)6-CH=CH-COOH。王浆酸具有免疫提高、抗辐射和降血脂等多种功效,其含量的测定方法包括分光光度法和色谱法等。详细综述了王浆酸的结构、性质,及其含量的测定方法,分析了王浆酸研究中存在的问题。

Abstract:The royal jelly acid is one of sign matters in the bee royal jelly,approximately composes is 1.4%~2.0% of the bee royal jelly,its structural formula is OH-CH2-(CH2)6-CH=CH-COOH.The royal jelly acid has the enhancing immunity,the anti-radiation,falls the blood fats and so on.Its content determination method including spectrophotometric method and chromatography and so on.This thesis detailed summarized structure,the nature,its content determination method of the royal jelly acid,as well as existence question.
