| 摘 要： | 采用3种多产疫苗对适龄母羊进行免疫多胎试验。试验分为4组:M苗(米非司酮多产疫苗)、P苗(黄体酮多产疫苗)、F苗(氟孕酮多产疫苗)和对照组(不注射任何疫苗与注射其它单位双羔苗)。结果表明,M苗、P苗、F苗、不注射疫苗自然对照组和注射其它双羔苗对照组的母羊双羔率分别为6％、20％、26.6%、5％和2.5%,F苗和P苗的双羔率显著高于自然对照组和其它组双羔率(P<0.01)。分析了影响多产疫苗处理效果的因素以及开发应用中存在的问题。 |

| Abstract: | 3 Mutiple-bearing-multivalert (MBM) were used in 200 adult ewes. The results indicated that progesterone (P),mifepristone (M) ,flurogestone acetate (F)and compare with nature production and other double litter deal with double litter,double lambing ratio were 6% ,20% ,26.6% ,5% and2.5% .respectively.The experimemnt result confirm that the highest lambing percentage of MBM is flurogestone acetate . |
