摘    要:由杭州郊区水稻叶围分离得到BacilussubtilisA30菌株,平板检测表明它对Xan-thomonasoryzaepv.oryzae、Rhizoctoniasolani、Fusariummoniliforme和Magnaporthegrisea等多种水稻病原真菌、病原细菌均有很好的拮抗作用.以水稻白叶枯病、水稻纹枯病为代表进行小区试验,结果表明,A30菌株的防病效果分别为58.1%和39.0%.A30菌株的培养去菌液经70%饱和度(NH4)2SO4处理,拮抗物可被(NH4)2SO4沉淀,其拮抗粗提液经Diol150及proRPCHR5/10等色谱柱分离得到两种对X.oryzaepv.oryzae的拮抗峰和两种对R.solani的拮抗峰.

Abstract:Bacillus subtilis A30 was isolated from the phyllosphere of rice in the suburb of Hangzhou In vitro tests, it showed antagonistic activities against Xanthomonas oryzae pv oryzae, Rhizoctonia solani, Magnaporthe grisea and Fusarium monilifome which are all the rice pathogens In the plot experiments, the A30 strain could inhibit the development of the rice bacterial leaf blight and the rice sheath blight with effect of 58 1% and 39 0%, respectively The antagonistic substances from the B subtilis A30 extract could be precipitated by 70% saturated (NH 4) 2SO 4 and were isolated and purified partially by chromatography with Diol 150 columm and proRPC HR5/10 column The results showed two antagonistic peaks to X oryzae pv oryzae and two antagonistic peaks to R solani
