摘    要:通过研究不同栽培深度对张良姜出苗、生长、产量及品质的影响,以期为生产中科学栽培提供理论依据。试验在露地条件下进行,通过深度试验(5 cm、10 cm、20 cm、高垄)研究了张良姜在不同栽培深度、不同时期在株高、茎粗、叶片数、子姜级数、单株重等方面的差异。结果表明,栽培深度10 cm最利于张良姜的出苗;栽培深度20 cm利于张良姜前期地上部生长;面对降水较多的异常天气,高垄栽培张良姜品质最优、产量最高。

Abstract:In this study, we investigated the effects of different cultivation depths on seedling emergence, growth, yield and quality of Zhangliangjiang, in order to provide theoretical basis for scientific cultivation in production.Under open ground conditions, we studied the differences of plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, seed ginger stage, and single plant weight at different cultivation depths and different periods were studied unsing depth experiments (5cm,10cm,20cm,and high ridge). We found that 10cm was the best depth for the emergence of Zhangliangjiang,while the cultivation depth of 20cm was beneficial to shoot growth at an early stage; In abnormal weather with more precipitation,the high ridge cultivation can achieve the best quality and the highest yield.
