安康地区桑叶硒含量与土壤硒含量的关系

摘    要:本文探究了桑叶硒含量与土壤硒含量之间的关系,为富硒桑叶的开发与利用提供参考。选择安康市部分地区的桑叶及对应的土壤,对硒含量进行检测。结果表明,桑叶硒含量为0.015 3~0.289 6 mg/kg,对应的土壤的硒含量为0.250 6~1.614 6 mg/kg。对桑叶和土壤硒含量进行回归分析,发现增加土壤的硒含量,可使部分区域的桑叶硒含量升高,但不适用于所有区域,部分区域中二者呈现负相关,说明桑叶对硒的利用,除与土壤硒含量有关,还与其他条件有关。硒富集系数的差异也说明生长在不同土壤条件下的桑叶,其富集硒的能力也是不一样的。

Abstract:This study investigated the relationship between selenium content in mulberry leaves and soil in ankang of China to facilitate the the development and utilization of selenium-rich mulberry leaves. The selenium content in mulberry leaves and corresponding soil in some areas of Ankang were analyzed, and it was found that the selenium content in mulberry leaves was 0.015 3~0.289 6 mg/kg, while the corresponding selenium content in soil was 0.250 6~1.614 6 mg/kg. Regression analysis of data showed that the selenium content in mulberry leaves increased in some areas with increase of selenium content in soil, but a negative correlation was observed in other areas. Thus, it was concluded that the selenium utilization of mulberry leaves was influenced by various factors, and not solely by soil selenium content.
