| 摘 要： | 美国白蛾是国际检疫性有害生物，武汉市毗邻4个美国白蛾疫区，为了加强监测与防控研究工作，从2019年开始将全市15个行政区划分为中心城区和远城区两个监测区域，共布设性诱捕器监测点位490个，安装智能监测灯50台。研究结果表明，2021～2022年利用性信息素诱捕器在5个行政区监测诱捕到16只美国白蛾成虫，人工调查未见网幕、幼虫及越冬蛹。分析监测诱捕到成虫的时间、地点及后续跟踪调查结果，推断为物流带入。针对美国白蛾疫情威胁的严峻防控形势，切实做好监测预警，及时发现疫情，迅速封锁扑灭，是阻止疫情入侵蔓延的主要措施。
