| 摘 要： | 通过测定在逆境下超氧化物酶活性,过氧化物酶活性,游离脯氨酸含量,可溶性总糖含量,相对电导率等几项生理指标;从抗性生理学角度对安徽省假俭草,结缕草的9个种群的抗寒性特征进行详细的研究;初步探讨了假俭草,结缕草不同种群间耐寒性的差异.综合生理生化研究得出,结缕草(阜阳)的草种耐寒性最好,研究结果为安徽省城市绿化草坪草种的筛选提供了理论依据.

| Abstract: | 5 populations of Eremochloa ophiuroides and 4 populations of Zoysia japonica from Anhui province were studied in terms of cold resistance ecophysiology.These physiological indexes,including the activity of SOD and POD,relative electrolyte leakage,content of total soluble sugar,proline under stress were evaluated.The relationship between ability of tolerance to stress and physiological indexes were subjected to analysis.The results showed that there significant differences between Eremochloa ophiuroides and Zoysia japonica with respect to cold.In general,Zoysia japonica had a good adaptability and lawn value to cold resistance,particularly population transferred from Fuyang in Anhui province. |
