| 摘 要： | 酱油中3-氯-1，2-丙二醇经层析柱分离、净化，与苯基硼酸衍生成3-氯-1，2-丙二醇苯基硼酸酯。衍生物用气相色谱仪的火焰离子化检测器测定，外标法定量。该方法简便易行，回收率为82．6％。
