| 摘 要： | 农村专业合作社组织是市场经济条件下新生的社会经济组织,目前已成为推动农村经济社会发展的重要组织力量.在新经济组织中开展团建工作是时代提出的崭新课题.本文主要分析了在农村专业合作社组织中建立团组织的必要性及团组织在社会主义新农村政治、经济、文化、乡风文明建设中发挥的作用.

| Abstract: | Rural specialized cooperative organizations are the new social economic organizations under the condi- tions of market economy. It has become the major power of economic society development. It is a new topic to carry out League building work in the new economic organizations. This paper analyzes the necessity of League building work in the new economic organizations and the role played by League building in the political, economic, cultural, rural civilization construction in the new socialist countryside construction. |
