摘    要:为了加快林业从过去单一、粗放的经营管理模式向精准、系统的模式转变,实现科学管理、集约经营,提高森林经营和森林可持续发展水平,该文在总结林业信息化的若干学术问题和特征的基础上,结合所主持完成的相关成果,从林业数据最优化获取、林业信息表达、森林知识发现与造林决策、优化景观规划与设计和森林面积分布系统动态分析等林业信息化建设的5个方面做了详细的论述,提出广义3S技术作为信息技术的重要组成部分.其与林业信息化建设相结合已上升到知识层次,由手段、工具发展到有机理、有技术、有方法的复杂系统科学技术体系.并对广义3S技术与林业信息化建设相结合的单一数据采集阶段、信息管理阶段、知识发现阶段和规划阶段等4个发展阶段进行了讨论,以实现通过发现知识提高森林资源经营管理者的决策能力及决策效益的目标.

From forest data collection to forest knowledge acquisition.
Abstract:In order to make the forest management mode change from single and extensive to accurate and systematic,realize the scientific and intensive forest management and improve the level of forest management and forest sustainable development,based on the summarization of some academic issues and characteristics of the forestry informationalization,the authors particularly discussed the optimization of forest data collection,forest information representation,forest knowledge acquisition and afforestation decision,optimization of forest landscape planning and forest area distributing systems depending on the relevant research achievements.And the authors put forward that the geomatics,as an important component of information technology,combined with the construction of forestry informationalization,had gone up to the knowledge phase and changed from the means and tools to the mechanism,technical and methodological complex system.The four developmental phases,including data acquisition phase,information management phase,knowledge discovery phase and planning phase,in the combination with geomatics and the construction of forestry informationalization were discussed.The forest managers can improve their decision abilities and decision benefit through knowledge discovery.
