Abstract: | The amounts of soil microorganism and microbial biomass carbon (biomass C) in different year's greenhouse cropping from Wenjiang and Shuangliu in Sichuan province were evaluated. The results showed that, in different years greenhouses cropping, the amounts of microorganism were 1.63 to3.05 folds higher than that in the open-field, and declined with years. The amount of bacteria to microorganism became higher with years, while the amounts of actinomyces and fungi to that one were lower, especially the later one were declined much faster than the former. Diversity indices of open-field were respectively 1.29, 2.28, 3.45 folds compared with three different year's greenhouse soil. Soil biomass C, organic carbon (organic C) and the ratio of biomass C to organic C all declined with years. It was faster of biomass C to indicate the change of soil quantity. |
