摘    要:研究了采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定粮食中镉含量的方法.选择了最佳的仪器条件,进行了检出限、精密度、加标回收率等方法学的研究.本方法的相对标准偏差为1.4%,回收率为100.2%~105.9%,检出限为0.93 pg.采用本方法测定粮食中的镉具有灵敏度高、检出限底,快速、准确,操作简便的特点.

Abstract:A method has been studied for the determination of cadmium in grain by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The best condition of the instrument has been selected, the detection limit, precision and the rate of recovery have been studied. The detection limit is 0.93 pg, the rate of recovery is 100.2 % - 105.9 %, RSD is 1. 4 %. This method features high sensitivity and accuracy, low detection limit as well as simple and rapid operation.
