基于无人直升机的航空静电喷雾系统研究

摘    要:航空静电喷雾技术具有防治效率好、可及时控制大面积病虫害的优点。为此,针对AF-811无人直升机设计了一套航空静电喷雾系统,由航空静电喷头、水泵、药箱、摆动悬臂、直流电源、高压静电发生器、流量调节系统和远程控制系统组成。将该静电喷雾系统搭载在AF-811无人机上进行了有效喷幅和雾滴沉积效果试验研究,研究结果表明:无人机静电喷雾不仅施药灵活,而且增加了农药在目标上的附着率,减少了雾滴的飘移,起到更好的保护生态环境的效果。

Research on UAV-based Aerial Electrostatic Spraying System
Abstract:It is wide foreground that aerial electrostatic spraying technology is applied for prevention and cure pests in ag -riculture and forestry .The electrostatic spraying system was designed for the AF-118 helicopter .The structural of spray system was designed , including:tank , pump , the swinging spray boom , the aerial electrostatic nozzle;12 V DC power supply , electrostatic generator;the flow control device and the special remote control system .Some experimental studies about aerial electrostatic spraying set were introduced and conducted on the electrostatic spraying system assembled in the AF-118 helicopter .These experiments included the effective spraying breadth , droplets deposition characteristics and so on .It was shown that the spraying system had several advantages such as flexibility , steady working , increased deposition and well-distributed .
