幼苗盘自动搬运机取放装置设计

摘    要:针对设施农业中播种、催芽、育苗、嫁接等作业需要大量劳动力搬运幼苗盘问题,设计了幼苗盘自动搬运机取放装置。该装置采用步进电机驱动,抓取手指与一对形状相同的传动链铰链连接,传动链同速同向,抓取手指做平移运动,实现取放幼苗盘。根据Pro/E软件机构模块进行运动仿真和分析,取放装置能够实现取放工作。试验结果表明:当幼苗盘托盘底面与无动力滚筒上表面平齐,端面水平相距30mm时,取放装置能够顺利取放幼苗盘。

Design of Access Mechanism in Automatic Transporting Seedling Tray Machine
Abstract:In facility agriculture, lots of labor was needed for transporting seedling trays during the process of seeding, accelerating germination, seedling, grafting and so on.To solve the problem, this paper designs an access mechanism in automatic transporting seedling tray machine.The access device used a stepper motor as drive and its grab-fingers were connected with one pair of hinged drive chains which had the same shape with the grab fingers.The chains were at the same speed and direction and the grab-fingers did a translational motion.In this way, pick and place of seedling trays were achieved.The motion simulation and analysis to the device made by Pro /E mechanism module proved that the ac-cess device could realize the pick and place of seedling trays.According to the test, this access mechanism could pick and place the seedling trays successfully only when the bottom of seedling tray flushed with the surface of non -powered roller and the level distance between end face was 30mm.
