玉米钵育播种机排种器优化设计平台的研究

摘    要:采用精密播种机对农田作物进行播种,是提高播种质量和节约用种的主要方式之一。玉米钵盘育秧可以避免环境因素带来的影响,但是玉米钵育播种机排种器结构复杂,设计加工难度大。针对这一问题,采用VB程序语言开发了一种玉米钵育播种机排种器优化设计平台。该平台通过对不同播种方式工作过程运动学和动力学的分析,优化出其结构和性能参数,为玉米钵育播种机排钟器的研究提供了一种方便、可靠的研究平台。

Research on the Optimum Design Platform of Corn Bowl Seedling Seeder Metering Device
Abstract:It is one of the main ways to improve the quality and save the seed by using the precise sowing machine to sow the field crops.Corn bowl seedling tray can avoid the influence caused by environmental factors, but corn bowl seedling seeder metering device is complex in structure, is difficulty for design and processing.Aiming at this problem, a kind of optimization design platform of the corn bowl is developed by using VB programming language.The platform through the analysis of the kinematics and dynamics of the effects of different planting patterns, its structure and performance parame-ters were optimized, for corn bowl seedling seeder metering device research provides a convenient and reliable research platform.
