摘 要: | 利用CAD/CAM软件Inventor的建模和分析功能,得到了3GC-160型悬挂式果园割草机的质心位置,通过等效质心法对割草机的三维模型进行简化,将其通过接口导入ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件中,对模型进行静力学分析和模态分析,得到悬挂装置的变形、应力、应变分布云图及模态频率和振型云图。分析结果表明:悬挂装置设计合理,可为动力学分析和后续优化设计奠定基础并提供参考依据。

The Finite Element Analysis of Orchard Mower Suspension-Based on ANSYS Workbench |

Abstract: | The centroid of 3 GC-160 suspended orchard mower is obtained by using the CAD /CAM software Inventor which has the capabilities of modeling and analysis .Using the method of equivalent centroid three-dimensional model of the mower is simplified .Three-dimensional model is imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS Work-bench by interface .ANSYS Workbench make the static analysis and modal analysis for the model .The analysis results show the contours of deformation , stress and strain , modal frequencies and mode shapes .Final results show that the de-sign of suspension is reasonable .And it lays the foundation and provides a reference for the analysis of dynamic and sub -sequent optimal design . |
