管式土壤水分传感器探头的研制

摘    要:设计了一种基于电场边缘效应的管式土壤水分传感器。为了研究圆环电极几何结构对水分传感器灵敏度及有效测量范围的影响,采用有限元分析软件Maxwell分析了不同参数组合下探头的电场分布和电容变化,得到了传感器探头最优结构参数组合。试验表明:优化后的土壤水分自制传感器测量值与传统烘干法测量值对比,两者决定系数R2=0.997 6,最大绝对误差为1.60%,提高了传感器的测量精度,可应用于农业生产实践中。

Abstract:A tube access soil moisture sensor based on marginal effect of electric field was developed .Maxwell finite ele-ment analysis software analyzes the electric field distribution and capacitance , and how axial length of probe electrode or axial spacing length of two rings influence sensitivity and effective range , find the optimal combination of sensor probe structure .The results showed that the value of comparative measure this moisture sensor measurements with conventional drying method, the coefficient of determination R2=0.997 6 , the maximum absolute error of 1.60%.Improved the measurement accuracy of the sensor can be used in agricultural production practices .
