基于ICEM和FLUENT温室雾化喷头内部流场分析

摘    要:为了解喷嘴内部流场变化情况,并为今后喷头外部流场特性研究提供理论依据和方法,根据计算流体力学的基本理论,综合运用ICEM网格划分与FLUENT流体分析软件对Y1/4AT-19V雾化喷头内部流场进行了模拟仿真。结果表明:增加入口压力,出口速度显著提高;出口近壁面处速度明显小于中心处速度;在喷头直形出口处,速度增大,压力减小。

Abstract:To understand the change of the internal flow field in the nozzle , nozzle for the future external flow field characteristics study provides theoretical basis and method , according to the basic theory of computational fluid dynam-ics, the integrated use of ICEM mesh with FLUENT fluid analysis software for Y 1/4AT-19V atomization nozzle internal flow field simulation .The results show that increasing pressure , outlet velocity increased significantly; Exports nearly constant speed are much smaller than the center;In the cone shape at the exit , the speed increase , pressure decrease .
