Abstract:The technology for detecting nucleic acids plays an important role in pathogen identification.Traditional detection of nucleic acids mainly depends on polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technology that is difficult to meet the needs for portable field detection of nucleic acids,which could be overcome by the CRISPR/Cas biosensor technology developed in recent years due to its high sensitivity,specificity,rapidity and accuracy.In the paper,the latest research progress of CRISPR/Cas biosensor technology was discussed,including its principle,advantages and disadvantages as well as application in field detection for nucleic acids.It was proved that the technology was very suitable for field detection of nucleic acids,which was believed to be widely used in the area in the future.
