| Abstract: | It was determined that,by the bureau of agricultural and rural affairs of A city,after investigation into a suspected case of engaging in animal diagnosis and treatment activities without a permit by C pet hospital,the illegal facts made by the party concerned were clear with conclusive evidences,and an administrative penalty of"confiscating the illegal income of CNY 365 yuan and imposing a fine of CNY 3000 yuan"was imposed on the party concerned according to the provisions of Law of the People’s Republic of China on Animal Disease Prevention.In the paper,the case was analyzed,and efforts on seamless connection between supervision and punishment within agricultural system,combination of law enforcement and law popularization,application of diversified humanized methods for law enforcement,and improvement of the connection mechanism between agricultural and rural affairs departments and other authorities were considered. |
