| Abstract: | Anthrax is a serious zoonotic infectious disease.In the event of any occurrence of human infection cases,an investigation plan should be developed to carry out an emergency epidemiological investigation on livestock anthrax.The purpose,range,method and limitation period as well as sampling quantity,detection method and implementation requirements for investigation should be determined when a plan was developed.When an investigation was carried out,an area should be firstly demarcated based on risk sampling to reduce workload,personal protection and vehicle disinfection should be ensured at the same time;the intervention by public security department should be applied for soonest to obtain real infomation;laboratory detection should be carried out by use of staining microscopy together with PCR assay to reduce detection cost and workload;and relevant epidemic control measures should be taken in accordance with the guideline for post-disaster disease control technology in the event of any flood. |
