自动引导车作业平台的研制

摘    要:自动引导车作业平台是研究自动引导车的基础,自动导航控制技术是自引车移动作业平台的重要技术之一.为了开展自引车移动作业平台及其导航控制技术研究,将计算机技术,传感器技术和数据通讯技术等集成与融合,研制了一种以蓄电池为电源,步进电机为动力的自动引导车作业平台.在平台的基础上开发了视觉导航控制系统,论述了视觉导航控制系统的工作原理、控制方法.试验结果表明,该平台能按预定的路线行走.

Abstract:Automated guided vehicle(AGV) platform is the basis of studying AGV.Automatic guidance is one of the important technologies for AGV platform.For studying the AGV platform and its automatic guidance control,an intelligent test platform for AGV is developed using the technology of computer,sensor and data communication.Two electric motors are used to drive the intelligent test platform by means of speed reducing mechanism and control unit.The navigation control system is developed based on the intelligent platform,and some control methods and principle of vision navigation are introduced.Test results indicate that the platform can move on the fixed line,turn around and stop automatically.
