| 摘 要： | 应用伊维菌素浇泼剂对感染羊鼻蝇幼虫的249只绵羊进行驱治试验，并留30只感染羊作为阳性对照组，投药后33～37d剖检。结果：阳性对照组羊鼻蝇幼虫感染率为53．33％，平均感染强度9．5（4～17）：伊维菌素浇泼剂对感染羊鼻蝇幼虫的驱净率97．62％，驱虫率98．74％。

| Abstract: | 249 sheep which were infected with sheep nose bot were used to carry out the doworming experiment by ivermectin pour-on solution , and other 30 sheep infected with sheep nose bot were as positive control group. The sheep were conducted necropsy in 33 -37 days after treatment. The resalts showed that the infective rate of sheep nose bot in the positive control group was 53.33%, and the average infective intensity was 9.5 （4 - 17 ）The deworming clean rate against sheep nose bot in the group which were treated with ivermectin pour-on solution was 97.62% and the deworming rate was 98.74%. |
