| 摘 要： | 以落花生(Arachis L.)嫩叶为材料，在传统CTAB法的基础上加以改良，建立了落花生基因组DNA的CTAB提取方法。结果表明：所提取的DNA经核酸蛋白含量测定得A260/A280处于1.84～1.95，经琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测各样品均具有一条明亮主带且无拖尾现象。表明改进的CTAB法提取得到的DNA完整性好，纯度高，可有效应用于后续的分子标记等研究。
