摘    要:鉴定豆角根际细菌D8,明确其对加工番茄的促生效果及对番茄早疫病、灰霉病和青枯病的防效和防病机理。通过发芽、浸种、灌根处理检验D8的促生作用,测量叶片中茉莉酸含量变化检验系统抗性发生;幼苗诱导接种后,分别挑战接种3种病原菌,统计病情指数和诱抗效果。结果表明:菌株D8与Paenarthrobacter nitroguajacolicus相似性为99.15%,能显著增加种子根长、提高发芽势和发芽率。灌根和浸种处理均可显著促进幼苗生长,浸种处理的幼苗鲜质量是对照的2.95倍。诱导接种第3天幼苗茉莉酸含量显著上升。在与3种病原菌均无拮抗情况下,D8能同时有效防治加工番茄早疫病、灰霉病和青枯病,诱抗效果介于28.77%~37.90%。

Abstract:To identify bacterial strain D8 isolated from Vigna unguiculata rhizosphere soil, and to clarify its growth-promoting and disease prevention effect on processed tomato, and then its prevention mechanism on early blight, gray mold and bacterial wilt of tomato were studied.Through germination, seed soaking and root irrigation experiments, the changes of jasmonic acid content in leaves were measured to test the occurrence of systemic resistance.After induction inoculation, the seedlings were inoculated with 3 pathogens respectively, and the disease index and induced effect were counted.The results showed that the similarity between strain D8 and Paenarthrobacter nitrouajacolicus was 99.15%.D8 significantly increased the root length, germination energy and germination rate of seeds.The root irrigation and seed soaking treatments could significantly promote the growth of seedlings.The fresh weight of seedlings treated with seed soaking was 3 times of the control.On the 3rd day after induction, the content of jasmonic acid in seedlings increased significantly.Under the condition of no antagonism with the 3 pathogens,D8 could effectively control early blight, gray mold and bacterial wilt, and the induced effect was between 28.77% and 37.90%.
