摘    要:选取具有杀虫效果的苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bt)和抗病效果的枯草芽孢杆菌(SD)进行原生质体融合。通过对融合条件的摸索,得出Bt的最佳培养时间为5h,最佳酶解浓度为0.8mg/mL,最佳酶解时间为70min;SD最佳培养时间为5h,最佳酶解浓度为0.6mg/mL,最佳酶解时间为40min。通过检测,试验得出的融合子具备双亲的功效,

Abstract:The insecticidal Bacillus thuringieusis (Bt) and disease-resistant Bacillus subtilis (SD) were selected for protoplast fusion. Through the exploration for fusion condition, the optimum cultural conditions for Bt were concluded as follows: the optimum cultural time was 5 h, the optimum concentration of enzymolysis was 0.8 mg/ml, and the opfimmtimeof enzymolysis was 70 mins. The optimum cultural conditions for SD were concluded as follows: the optimum cultural time was 5 h, the optimum concentration of enzymolysis was 0.6 mg/ml, and the optimum time of enzymolysis was 40 mins. Through the test, the results indicated that the fusant, which got from the experiment, have the efficacies of both parents.
