摘    要:在静水条件下,研究了温度、盐度、pH、规格对曼氏皮海鞘Molgulamanhattensis耗氧率的影响及其昼夜变化规律。结果表明:温度为12~20℃时,曼氏皮海鞘的个体耗氧量和耗氧率随温度的升高而增大,高于20℃时则出现明显的下降趋势(P〈0.01);盐度为20~32时,曼氏皮海鞘的个体耗氧量和耗氧率随盐度的升高而增大,盐度高于32时则出现明显的下降趋势(P〈0.01);pH为6~8时,曼氏皮海鞘表现出较高的个体耗氧量和耗氧率,而pH低于6和高于8时则明显下降(P〈0.01);曼氏皮海鞘的个体耗氧量随体质量的增大而增大,而耗氧率则随体质量的增大而减小;曼氏皮海鞘的个体耗氧量和耗氧率昼夜有两个生理高峰,分别为9:00—12:00及3:00—6:00两个时段。

Abstract:Effects of temperature(12, 16, 20, 24, and 28 ℃ ) ,salinity (20, 25,30, 32, 35 ,and 40), pH values (4,5, 6,7, 8,9, and 10) , and sizes on oxygen consumption and its diurnal rhythm were studied in aseidian Molgu- la manhattensi. The results showed that the oxygen consumption was found to be increased with rising temperature within 12-20 ℃ and to be decreased in 24-28 ℃ (P〈0.01). The oxygen consumption was increased with increas- ing salinity in 20-32, and decreased at a salinity of over 32(P〈0.01 ). The oxygen consumption was shown to be increased with pH value from 6 to 8 ,and to be decreased beyond the range ( pH〈6 and pH〉8) (P〈0.01). The individual oxygen consumption rate was found to be higher with the augment of body weight, the oxygen consump- tion rate being increased with increase in wet body weight. There were two peak values in diurnal oxygen consump- tion rate : 9:00-12:00 and 3:00-6:00 in the morning.
