不同颜色珍珠层的三角帆蚌组织中类胡萝卜素含量的分析

摘    要:对3~5龄(体质量为262.5—587.5g)的三角帆蚌Hyriopsiscumingii外套膜中央膜、边缘膜、性腺、鳃丝及肝脏5种组织中的类胡萝卜素含量进行了测定,并比较了不同颜色珍珠层边缘区的个体间类胡萝卜素含量的组织差异。结果表明:三角帆蚌肝脏中类胡萝卜素含量为(134.8±61.7)mg/kg,极显著高于其它4种组织(P〈O.01),依次大于性腺〉边缘膜〉鳃丝〉中央膜,而4种组织间的含量差异均不显著(P〉0.05);以边缘区珍珠层颜色为区分标准,白色个体与紫色个体的肝脏、性腺、鳃丝及中央膜组织中类胡萝卜素的含量差异不显著(P〉O.05)。对同一个体珍珠层边缘区前端为白色、后端为紫色的边缘膜组织中类胡萝卜素的含量进行T检验,结果表明:同一个体中紫色区域外套膜边缘膜中类胡萝卜素的含量显著高于白色区域(P=O.01)。研究表明,肝脏是三角帆蚌类胡萝卜素转化及沉积的重要器官之一,外套膜边缘膜中类胡萝卜素含量的差异可能是引起珍珠层颜色差异的原因之一。

Abstract:Carotenoid levels in soft tissues including central mantle, margin mantle, gonad, gill and liver of triangle pearl mussel Hyriopsis cumingii were analysed and compared among individuals with different nacre colors. The re- suits showed that there was (134.8 ± 61.7)mg/kg total caroteniods content (TCC) in liver tissue, significantly higher than that in gonad, margin mantle, gill and central mantle (P〈0.01). No difference was found between the individuals with white color and the purple in margin area of the nacre (P〉0.05). In the same pearl mussel, TCC in the posterior margin area of the nacre with purple color was higher than that in the anterior with white color ( P = 0.01 ). It seems that the liver is the most important tissue in transformation and accumulation of carotenoids and the TCC difference in margin mantle is a main factor affecting nacre color of triangle pearl mussel.
