5种微生态制剂对刺参幼参的生态安全性

摘    要:研究了5种微生态制剂对刺参Apostichopus japonicus幼参的生态安全性,包括耐受性、生长免疫和对养殖水体的调控。结果表明:幼参对5种微生态制剂耐受性的顺序为试剂五〉试剂一〉试剂四〉试剂三〉试剂二,其中幼参对试剂五的耐受性最大,幼参对试剂二耐受性远小于其它各组;5种微生态制剂对幼参特定生长率的影响差异不显著,但与对照组差异显著(P〈0.05),表明微生态制剂能促进刺参的生长,特定生长率为1~2%/d;5种微生态制剂均能提高幼参超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、溶菌酶(LSZ)及过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,其活性值均与对照组差异显著(除试剂一组0.5 mg/L和试剂三0.5μL/L的POD外)(P〈0.05)。对静水每24 h进行一次监测,结果表明:48 h时,DO〈4 mg/L,NO2--N含量在24 h达到最低,随后逐渐上升;各组的DO值随时间的延长逐步降低;对照组的NO2--N、NH4+-N含量随时间的延长逐步升高。在充气条件下每隔5 d进行一次监测,结果表明:第20天时,试剂一组和试剂四组的NH4+-N含量〉0.02 mg/L,显著高于其它组(P〈0.05),试剂四组和对照组的NO2--N含量显著高于其它组(P〈0.05);第20天之前,各组NO2--N、NH4+-N含量(NH4+-N组15 d除外)的差异均不显著(P〉0.05)。

Abstract:A study was conducted to evaluate the effects of five probiotics on the ecological security of sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus juveniles,including the tolerance to the probiotics,growth,immune enzymes of the juveniles and the regulation of culture water quality.The results showed that the tolerance of the five probiotics to the juveniles was found to be ranged in a descent order as group fivegroup onegroup fourgroup threegroup two.The tolerance of probiotics in group two was the minimum and the maximum in group five.There was no significant difference in specific growth rate of the juveniles in five probiotics(P0.05),but significantly in the control group.The growth was enhanced by the probiotics.The enzyme(including SOD,LSZ and POD) activities in the juveniles were found to be promoted by the five probiotics compared with the control group(except for 0.5 mg/L in group one) significantly.The 24 h static water analysis revealed that the content of NO-2-N was the minimum at 48 h,then increased and DO4 mg/L at 48 h.The content of dissolved oxygen level(DO) was found to be decreased gradually and the content of NO-2-N,NH+4-N in the control group increased.The 5 days nitrogen-infilling monitoring indicated that the content of NO-2-N,NH+4-N was higher in group one and group four than in other groups and the content of NH+4-N was more than 0.02 mg/L at 20 d.There was not significant in the content of NO-2-N,NH+4-N in difference groups in the first 20 days(P0.05).
