番茄真叶愈伤组织诱导及植株再生研究

摘    要:对番茄外植体诱导愈伤组织、愈伤组织分化和根的诱导条件进行研究.结果表明:适合外植体形成愈伤组织的培养基为MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;适合愈伤分化的培养基为MS+BA 3.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L;适合生根的培养基为1/2MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L.

Abstract:In this paper the rapid propagation of tomato was studied.Because leaf was very difficult to forming shoots,this experiment consists of explants inducing callus,callus differentiation of shoots and forming roots.The results showed that the optimum medium for callus culture was MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L.The optimum medium for callus differentiation was MS+BA 3.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L.The rooting medium was MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L+AC 2 g/L.
