硅烷偶联剂对稻草板力学性能的影响

摘    要:以稻草为原料生产人造板,成为高效利用稻草资源、缓解木材供需矛盾的一条有效途径。本文通过硅炕偶联剂(SCA)改善稻草表面润湿性,用脲醛树脂胶黏剂(UF)胶结制戍稻草板,分析SCA用量和UF用量对稻草板力学性能的影响。结果表明:施胶量为16%、SCA添加量为1%时,板子的静曲强度和内结合强度达到GB/T4897.4—2003中A类刨花板优等品的要求。
