摘    要:为了筛选具有抗生素产生潜能的放线菌菌株,以金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus),表皮葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus pidermidis),大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli),白色念珠菌(Candida albican),热带念珠菌(Candida tropicalis)和克柔氏念珠菌(Candida krusei)为靶标菌,采用牛津杯法对48株携带NRPS基因的放线菌发酵液甲醇和乙酸乙酯萃取相进行了抑菌活性筛选。结果表明:共有18株菌表现出抑菌活性,其中抗金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌的有15株,抗白色念珠菌的有10株,抗大肠杆菌的有3株;18株菌分属于放线多孢菌属(Actinopolyspora),拟诺卡氏菌属(Nocardiopsis)和链霉菌属(Streptomyces);且18株菌中有16株含有两种以上抗生素合成基因。菌株发酵液抗G+细菌的抑菌活性部位在乙酸乙酯萃取相中,抗白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌活性部位在甲醇相中。

Abstract:In order to screen actinomycetes with antibiotics - producing potentiality, the methanol and ethyl acetate extract of fermenta- tion broth 48 halophilic actinomycetes carring NRPS genes tested against Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus pidermidis,Escherichia coli, Candida albican, Candida tropicalis, and Candida krusei, by Oxford cup method. The results showed that 18 strains of actinomy- cetes had antibacterial activities, among which 15 strains were against S. aureusand S. pidermidis, 11 against Candida spp, and a- gainst E. coli, These 18 strains belonged to genus Actinopolyspora ,Nocardiopsis and Streptomyces respectively. 16 strains from 18 bio- active actinomycetes carried more than two antibiotic synthesis genes besides NRPS. The active fraction against G ^+ bacteria was mostly coming from ethyl acetate extract while the methanol extract showed against E. coli or Candida spp.
