摘    要:目的观察强化康复训练对脊髓损伤致不全瘫患者神经功能和日常生活能力恢复的影响。方法 34例脊髓损伤致不全瘫患者,随机分为强化康复训练组(A组)和常规康复训练组(B组),每组17例,A组接受加强康复训练,B组接受常规康复训练,比较两组患者的临床神经功能缺损、Barthel指数评分及疗效。结果康复训练1个月后,两组患者的临床神经功能缺损程度评分较训练前显著降低,Banhel指数评分较训练前显著提高,且以强化康复训练组更为明显(P〈0.01);A、B两组临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论强化康复训练可以改善脊髓损伤致不全瘫患者的神经功能和提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of reinforcement rehabilitation training on neurological function and daily activity in patients with paresis due to spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods Thirty-four patients with SCI-induced paresis were randomly divided into reinforcement (Group A) and conventional rehabilitation training (Group B) groups. Neurologic impairment score and modified Barthel index were used to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy after 1-month rehabilitation training. Results Neurologic impairment score decreased and modified Barthel index increased in both groups after rehabilitation training (P0.01), especially in Group A. The therapeutic efficacy in Group A was similar to that in Group B, there was no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion Reinforcement rehabilitation training can improve neurological function and quality of life in patients with SCI-induced paresis.
